The premier bluegrass band in Charleston, their captivating sound draws an amazingly diverse fan base. Their unique blend of progressive and traditional styling is often described by aficionados as “fresh, soulful, enchanting, and a great time.”

The legendary talents of vocalist, song-writer, and mandolin maestro, Alan Bibey, seem limitless. Three-time Mandolin Performer of the Year and Grammy nominee, he’s repeatedly topped the bluegrass charts in both “Singles” and “Albums” categories. Over the years, he’s been a member of well-known professional acts: The New Quicksilver, Third Tyme Out, BlueRidge, and Grasstowne.

The angelic voice and dynamic stage presence of vocalist, Laura Macon, are often compared to that of one of her idols, Alison Krauss. Equally as intriguing are the hard-driving, soulful interpretations of banjo virtuoso, Melvin Cumbee. Rounding out this powerful quartet is the “time-keeper,” bassist and vocalist Jenny Wellington.

If variety is the key to entertainment, this group delivers hands down.
